New Beginnings

So... hi! After months of following and admiring the food blog circle I've suddenly got the urge to go out on a limb and start one myself. I am really terrible with these things but I have to at least try if I want to compete in Iron Cupcake Earth. Soon I hope to make my very first batch of homemade marshmallows :) but for me soon could be like a week from today...hehe life is funny like that. I will try harder though now that I have motivation so hopefully I get to bake more frequently. I will explain that I don't bake very often because I do not have my own kitchen and get very frustrated when I can't find things where I put them last. That makes it very difficult for me to want to bake, but I really want to at least compete in Iron Cupcake Earth. So here I am - at least the first step is done and the process has begun. It can only get better from this point on! So I'm feeling more optimistic now that this first post is done and before I mess it up I'm going to stop right here...
